CAMEMBERT CHICKEN BREAST
Crumbed Chicken breast stuffed with Camembert Cheese and fried with Bacon and Mushrooms in Cream
served with Baby Potatoes or Steamed Mixed Vegetables

PEPPER FILLET STEAK
200gr Fillets of Beef pressed into crushed Green & Black Peppercorns and fried in a hot pan with Cream & Brandy
served with Baby Potatoes or Steamed Mixed Vegetables

CHICKEN CURRY
Chicken breast off the bone, cooked with Potato, Onion and Carrots in a Mild Curry Sauce served with Rice;
Crispy Fried Poppadoms; Dessicated Coconut; Bananas in Yoghurt; Chopped Tomato, Onion & Cucumber Salsa

SCHNITZELS
Crumbed Chicken or Veal Schnitzels barnished with Lemon and a choice of sauces
